In compliance with the provisions of art. 10 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July 2002 on Information Society Services (L.S.S.I.), we hereby inform you of the following General Information:

That the domain ANHOSPITALITY.ES, from now on WEBSITE , is registered in the name of INVERSIONES BERBOC SL, with registered office at C/ Canovas Del Castillo 10 Esc.c 2 14 -Vigo (Pontevedra); provided with CIF B36941367.

CONDITIONS OF USE

I.- Users:

El acceso a y/o uso del sitio web de ANHOSPITALITY.ES atribuye a quien lo realiza la condición de usuario/a, aceptando, desde ese mismo momento, plenamente y sin reservas alguna, las presentes condiciones generales, así como las condiciones particulares que, en su caso, complementen, modifiquen o sustituyan las condiciones generales en relación con determinados servicios y contenidos del sitio web.

Access to and/or use of the ANHOSPITALITY.ES website attributes to the user the condition of user, accepting, from that moment, fully and without reservation, these general conditions, as well as the particular conditions which, where appropriate, complement, modify or replace the general conditions in relation to certain services and contents of the website.

THE OWNER may unilaterally modify the structure and design of the website, as well as modify or eliminate the services, content and conditions of access and/or use of the website, whenever he/she deems it appropriate, without prior notice.

IV.- Hyperlinks:

The establishment of any ‘hyperlink’ between a web page and the website shall be subject to the following conditions:

  • The total or partial reproduction of any of the services or contents of the website is not permitted.
  • Except with express prior consent, the web page on which the hyperlink is established shall not contain any trademark, commercial name, establishment sign, denomination, logo, slogan or other distinctive signs belonging to the OWNER.

V.- Exclusion of Guarantees and liability:

THE OWNER does not grant any guarantee and is not responsible, in any case, for damages of any nature that may be caused by:

  • The lack of availability, maintenance and effective functioning of the Website and/or its services or contents.
  • The lack of usefulness, suitability or validity of the website and/or its services or contents to satisfy the needs, activities or specific results or expectations of users.
  • The existence of viruses, malicious or harmful programmes in the contents.
  • The illicit, negligent, fraudulent use, contrary to these General Conditions, to good faith, to generally accepted uses or to public order, of the website, its services or contents, on the part of the users.
  • The lack of legality, quality, reliability, usefulness and availability of the services provided by third parties and made available to users on the website.
  • The non-fulfilment by third parties of their obligations or commitments in relation to the services provided to users through the website.

VI.- Duration:

The duration of the provision of the service of the Web site and the services is of an indefinite nature.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, THE OWNER reserves the right to interrupt, suspend or terminate the provision of the Website service or any of the services that comprise it, under the same terms set out in the third condition.

VII. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction:

These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
INVERSIONES BERBOC SL and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile for any questions that may arise or actions that may be brought arising from the provision of the Web service and its services and content and on the interpretation, application, compliance or non-compliance with the provisions herein.

 

In the event that the User is domiciled outside Spain, INVERSIONES BERBOC SL and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of VIGO.

USE OF COOKIES

The WEBSITE may use cookies when a USER browses the WEBSITE’s websites and web pages. The cookies used by the WEBSITE are only associated with an anonymous USER and his/her computer and do not provide the name and surname of the USER.

In accordance with the law of services of the information society 34/2002, the user is guaranteed the possibility to stop receiving commercial information within a maximum period of 10 days from the moment he/she communicates his/her wish by e-mail to [email protected]
