anhospitality.co.uk offers the possibility of renting a property for short stays. The property is fully furnished and equipped for your comfort.<\/p>

Booking and Payment<\/h3>

Reservations are 50% of the total amount, the other 50% must be paid 30 days prior to arrival, the fact of renting the property in its entirety, the seasonal nature of the activity and the uniqueness of the house force us to make this determination.<\/p>

Reservations can be made through our website. A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required to confirm the booking.<\/p>

Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.<\/p>

Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/h3>

In case of cancellation no refunds will be given.<\/p>

Owner’s Responsibilities<\/h3>

The property is a true reflection of what is offered on our website, our responsibility is to obtain the complete satisfaction of our customers.<\/p>

The owner undertakes to maintain the property in good condition and to carry out any necessary repairs within a reasonable time.<\/p>
